The Sync Min/Max Values to SAPB1 feature allows SAPB1 users to automatically update Min/Max values from Recurrency to SAPB1. This removes the need for manual data exports and imports, simplifying your inventory planning workflow.

How to Sync Min/Max Values
Navigate to the Planning Page:
Go to the Planning section in Recurrency.
Click the Sync Button:
Locate the Sync button next to the Min/Max section.
Click it to open the confirmation modal. Note that you don't need to have item-location pairs selected. Recurrency will push all needed Min/Max values into SAPB1.
Confirm the Sync:
The modal will display the message:"This will update all Min/Max values in SAPB1 with the current values in Recurrency."
Click the Send to SAPB1 button to initiate the sync.
Recurrency will update only those Min/Max values in SAPB1 that differ from Recurrency, ensuring precise updates.
