Getting access to Recurrency

Updated over 2 months ago

Recurrency uses a streamlined system to manage users, but only administrators have the ability to grant access. If you don’t know who your administrator is, don't worry—Recurrency Support is here to help.

💡 Only Admins can manage user invites, password resets, and permissions. They will also determine the level of access for each new user (e.g., whether you can view or manage data).

Requesting Access to Recurrency

If you or someone you know needs access to Recurrency but aren’t sure who to contact, follow these steps:

  1. Reach out to your Admin
Administrators in your company manage access to Recurrency. If you know who your Admin is, send them a request to invite you to the platform. They’ll be able to set up your account and assign the appropriate permissions.

  2. Contact Recurrency Support
If you're unsure who the Admin is, you can contact Recurrency Support for assistance. Follow the support instructions in this article, or use the in-app support chat. Recurrency’s team can help direct you to the right person within your organization or provide further guidance.

Recurrency streamlines user access and management while ensuring the right people have the right permissions. Whether you’re looking for access yourself or inviting someone else, your Admin is the go-to person to facilitate that process.
