Overview
Recurrency’s Reporting Explorer allows users to view sales performance across customers, locations, and Sales Reps, among others.
Recurrency uses multiple views (which also work as filters) to display and narrow down data in different formats. You can apply these filters to drill down and identify underlying trends. Examples of common reports users create include:
Which items a customer has stopped purchasing?
What customers are buying significantly less this year versus last?
How am I performing this year compared to last year?
Note that you can apply multiple filters per view. To apply a filter, click on the Funnel button to the right of the row you want to filter by. Once you apply a filter (or many), the information in the other views will filter accordingly.
For example, if you filter by a specific location, reporting on items, Sales Reps, product groups, or months will all look at Sales only in that particular location. Note that you are able to combine filters across tabs (for example, all sales of a specific product group in San Leandro).
You can also sort by any of the columns that have a sort icon next to the title. For example, you can look at Sales Delta (biggest delta between this year and last), highest gross margins, or other. Example use cases include the ability to identify top performers and lost revenue.
Reports can be saved, exported, and pinned to your dashboard. Or you can continue using the Reporting Explorer to look for key insights as needed.
