The Audit Log in Recurrency is designed to give you full visibility into all actions taken within the platform. Whether you're updating Min/Max values, changing Safety Stock, or adjusting Lead Times, the Audit Log records when the action was taken and who performed it.
Follow the steps below to access and use the Audit Log:
Accessing the Audit Log
Navigate to the Planning Tab: Begin by opening the Planning tab in Recurrency.
Open the Relevant Modal: Depending on the action you want to review, open the corresponding modal.
View the Audit Log: Once in the modal, scroll to the bottom. You'll see a tab labeled "Audit Log." Click on this tab to view detailed information about the changes made, including the specific action, date, and the user who performed it.
Min/Max Modal
This modal offers a holistic view of all changes to an item-location pair, including updates to Min/Max values, Lead Time, Safety Stock, and other related inputs. It provides a complete picture of how various factors have been adjusted, giving you deeper insight into your inventory management decisions.
Min/Max Modal Supplier Audit Log: In addition to item specific audit logs, Recurrency includes a Supplier Audit Log within the Min/Max modal. This Supplier Audit Log will track any changes to items from a specific supplier/location pair, ensuring transparency across your supply chain.
Filtering the Audit Log
You can effortlessly filter the audit log by specific users, narrow your search to a particular time period, or download the log for external sharing and analysis.
User: See changes made by a specific person.
Date: View changes made within a particular timeframe.
Download: Exports your audit log as a CSV file.
