The Inventory Status section gives you real-time insights into your current inventory, with underlying data updated every 3-5 minutes. This section incorporates two charts:

  • Status: Breakdown of total net stock, including normal stock, overstock (items exceeding max levels), and deadstock (unsold or unpurchased inventory for the last 12 months).

  • Inventory Breakdown: Breakdown of inventory by stage, including on-hand, allocated, backordered, and more.

Click "Explore" on either chart to access the Inventory Status Explorer, which offers:

  • Customizable Views: Choose the data columns to display, such as primary supplier, stock status, on-hand quantities, and more. View data in dollars or units.

  • Filters: Narrow down your view by status (normal, overstock, deadstock), specific locations, primary suppliers, product groups, ABC classes, or stockable items.

  • Downloadable Data: Download the filtered data with selected columns for further analysis.
