The new Purchase Status tab in Recurrency is designed to make your purchasing process more efficient and accurate. By replacing the Inventory Status tab and increasing flexibility, this tab provides you with up-to-date information and enhanced capabilities to better manage your inventory. Now, you can easily identify and address backordered and understocked items, ensuring you meet urgent inventory needs without hassle.
Accessing the Purchase Status Page
Navigate to the Purchasing Tab:
The Inventory Status tab in the Planning module has been replaced by the Purchase Status tab in the Purchasing module.
To access this feature, go to the Purchasing tab in Recurrency and select "Purchase Status" from the top menu.
Understand the Layout:
The Purchase Status tab features a comprehensive layout of all stockable item-location pairs, including essential columns that help you manage inventory efficiently and identify urgent items.
This page is composed of key columns, including:
Item
Location
Status
Primary Supplier
ABC Class
Net Stock
Qty Available
Qty to Order
Unit of Measure
Actions (which includes usage and sales history).
Refine your View:
Recurrency allows you to refine your view for smooth analysis of inventory.
Filters allow you to quickly narrow down to the items that need your attention most, ensuring you can focus on urgent needs. Filtering includes the ability to view items by:
Status (normal, overstock, understock, and backordered).
Location.
ABC Class.
Supplier.
Product Group.
Sorting helps you prioritize tasks by showing the most critical issues first, making your workflow more efficient.
Top Level Actions support further analysis, allowing you to download the data to Excel.
