Step-by-Step Guide:
Accessing Targets and Review Cycles:
Navigate to the Purchase Targets tab within the purchasing module. You’ll see two options: Review Cycles and Purchase Targets.
Setting Review Cycles and Targets:
Customize target values for each supplier location, and review cycles for timely decision-making. Note that you can set both at the same time, by clicking on the pencil icon under the Target column.
Click on “Set Target” to save.
Managing Locations:
Use 'Mark Reviewed' for individual or multiple supplier locations as needed.
Enhanced Planning:
Navigate to the Targets or Review Cycle tabs to efficiently review supplier location pairs according to your specific needs. Purchasers may utilize review cycles to ensure timely assessments of supplier performance, while purchase targets can guide decision-making during procurement planning.
