How to Make Transfers in Purchase Orders

Updated over 2 months ago

Utilize Recurrency transfers to streamline purchasing by easily managing inventory transfers between locations with the following steps:

Viewing PO Recommendations and Transfers

  • Navigate to Purchase Targets, select the supplier/location pairs you want to work on, and click on PO Builder to get started.

  • When viewing purchase recommendations, you'll now see potential transfers directly alongside each item, eliminating the need to switch between tabs. Click on an item with a potential transfer to view detailed information such as available transfer locations, transit times, and item status. This helps you make informed decisions.

  • A “Transferable” filter will allow you to narrow down your view to only items that have potential transfers available.
